Il Volo will be the special guest of the Band "Pooh" for their tour


And continues with the successful summer tour of "Opera in Second Tour" of POOH that after the sellout of the dates of the last few months, take up these days the tour on the stages of the most important open-air theaters - tomorrow, Friday 9 August, Galatone (Lecce), and Sunday, August 11 in Nettuno (Rome) - to arrive Monday, August 12 with a special stop in the charming Theatre of the Temples of Paestum (Salerno). The stage set up in the archaeological area of the POOH will have special guests : IL VOLO.
The three young tenors, Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble - who joined after the participation in the second edition of the talent show on Rai 1 "ti lascio una canzone" and that with their first album, simply titled Il Volo, have reached the top ten in Italy, USA, France, the Netherlands, the Netherlands and Austria - the audience a surprise live, for an unexpected and exciting live meeting, the result of a mutual appreciation of art.....

5 awesome reasons to see Il Volo


1. They’re taking off.
Il Volo, which translates to “the flight” in English, chose its name based on the boys’ desire to spread their wings. And now that the band has taken off from Italian soil, Il Volo has landed full force in America. After the international release of its first, self-titled album, "Il Volo" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Classical Album chart.
2. They’re ‘Idol’ status.
Almost immediately after dropping their first album internationally, the guys headed to the U.S. for a performance during the final three results show on American Idol’s Season 10. The group performed a cover of “O sole mio,” which translates to “my sunshine.” The song is an 1800s Neapolitan song, which Il Volo released as a single.
3. They’re do-gooders.
Post-earthquake, the trio participated in the charity single, “We Are the World 25 for Haiti.” The song, a remake of “We Are The World” by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie, debuted at the 2010 Winter Olympics opening ceremony, and peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Il Volo also participated in the President’s Star Charity show in Singapore and performed “O sole mio” to help raise funds for the handicapped.
