Where did the idea of mixing pop with opera and classical music ?
We are into this genre because we heard since we were little . We realized that this is the path we must take and it is something that also likes the public .
How has the trio evolved?
The voices now are different : they are more mature and have more experience now .
How were you interested in playing American classics as El Reloj by Roberto Cantoral ?
In the early albums had the privilege of working with Chilean producer Lucho Gatica , who encouraged us to interpret a song in Spanish as El Reloj . We told him to explain the meaning of the song and realized that is something beautiful . It was then when we recorded . The song really liked by the people and so we decided to make each album a Spanish version . For us sing this language classics always a pleasure .
How has been the acceptance of the new album ?
We always think different and create songs that challenge us , for example , a rock ballad to a classic theme we call Nuestro Amor. We have started some concerts with this song and people like it.
How was working with Belinda , Eros Ramazzotti or the great Placido Domingo?
It was a pleasure to sing with all three, especially with Placido Domingo, who has always been our idol . It was a very great emotion sing with him because he is one of the most talented in the world. With Eros really enjoyed ourselves. And with Belinda , is a beautiful girl who has a beautiful voice .
And how would you describe the outcome of these collaborations?
It is an album that is built of pure love and romance , and to remember that Il Volo is love. Personally I can tell you is an album that has a lot of emotion and a lot of heart .
How the public received during his tour of 2012?
It was total madness in the 14 concerts offered . This year 's turn of Guatemala , concert we hope the same will happen .
What have you heard of Guatemala ?
That is a wonderful place . We hope to have a little more time to enjoy the country.
What have you prepared for the concert on October 23 ?
We will give a recital very romantic, as has always offered Il Volo . We 'll have fun at this concert Cayalá , because it will be a meeting and a party of all. We will remind Guatemalans to always follow their dreams, dream and believe in them.
