Video: Il Volo conquer fans with their new album "Mas Que Amor" (Showbiz)

Miami (CNN) - Il Volo, the Italian trio of young [] singers, held on Thursday, a tribute to José José during the Billboard Awards ceremony to Latin music. His performance of "El Triste", exactly the song José José became famous in the seventies, was one of the most applauded for this award, prompting even a standing ovation by the so-called "Prince of Song".

Piero, Gianluca and Ignazio, which in 2010 released their first album also under the name of "Il Volo", spoke with Showbiz on this exciting tribute and current promotional plans when his new album "Mas Que Amor" ranks among the most sold in the United States.

Il Volo is a trio of teenage Italian operatic pop singers that have conquered the world with their fresh view of classical music. Their first self-titled album rose to number one on the Billboard Latin Pop Chart and the act's most recent release, "Mas Que Amor," debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart this past week.  Il Volo recently toured the U.S. with Barbra Streisand and has collaborated with many other music stars. World success is a testament to their multilingual prowess, as they sing in English, Spanish, French and Italian following their self-proclaimed governing principle: "Three voices, one soul."

Il Volo returns with second Spanish-language album ‘Mas Que Amor’

Teenage pop-opera tenors Il Volo have just unveiled their latest album, “Mas Que Amor”, which finds the Italian trio tackling their 2012 hit album “We Are Love“ in Spanish. It’s just one of many releases scheduled this year for the highly popular and prolific singers.

The Spanish version finds Piero Barone (19), Gianluca Ignoble (18) and Ignazio Boschetto (18) performing alongside such luminaries as singer/actress Belinda on “Constantemente Mia”, popular Italian artist Eros Ramazzotti on “Asi,” and a collaboration with the infamous Placido Domingo on “Il Canto”. It also includes a powerful cover of U2’s classic hit “Beautiful Day”.

The album marks what will surely be another hit in Il Volo’s short yet highly successful career. The trio released their self-titled, debut in 2011 to international acclaim and released a Spanish version months later to equal praise. The group was nominated for two Latin Grammys, Best New Artist and Best Pop Album By A Duo/Group, that same year.
