Il Volo at the Mall of America (MN)

The Mall of America and Barnes&Noble welcomed Il Volo at the Rotunda stage. People went crazy when the trio arrived. They performed 3 songs from their new album "Buon Natale" and surprised the audience when they performed their signature song, 'O Sole Mio. ANother surprise was when a guy threw $1,000 in dollar bills from the fourth floor of the Mall of America rotunda as Il Volo performed “Let it Snow”. The autograph session followed the performance. 1. Am I the only one who thought that was a dangerous stunt, to toss dollar bills down onto the crowd while Il Volo was singing? Luckily, nothing bad happened, but that could have started a "Black-Friday-ish" riot. I hope they hustled the moron into the nearest police station! Grrr.

  2. Fool stunt, but it irked me that the news stories never mentioned Il Volo by name. They kept on going without missing a note, bless them.
