The trio of Italian singers Il Volo is performing on April 24th, 2012 at the Atlapa Convention Center.
Il Volo is formed by three male singers: Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble. They’re a group of teenagers that sing lyric pop. They started in 2009 when they met at a musical show of the Italian TV company RAI called “Ti lascio una canzone” (I leave you a song), which took place in San Remo in the Italian Riviera. The winner was Gianluca Ginoble with a song of his idol Andrea Bocelli, “La luna che non c’e”.
The album titled Il Volo was released on May 17th, 2011 just before their appearance in the great finale of American Idol. Il Volo sang “O sole mio”, which was the single released in the U.S. during early 2011.
