Il Volo continues to reap success
When they joined their voices in 2009, they never thought to reach success today after winning combination of vocal timbres to sing traditional songs in the style of pop song lyrics.
And is that just three years after released their debut album, Il Volo has become a phenomenon: his first album reached tenth place in the Billboard Top 200 chart and to date has sold over a million copies worldwide.
Last year, the Italian trio-consisting of Piero Barone (20), Ignazio Boschetto (18) and Gianluca Ginoble (18) - presented their second study, entitled We Are Love (More Than Love) -, which has also been very successful and led to sing with Eros Ramazzotti, Placido Domingo, Andrea Bocelli and Belinda.
To give a taste of the cover included in their latest material, the Three Tenors (as they are also known), will be presented on Wednesday at the Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal Studios, site that will soon be demolished to make way for the new attractions wizard Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood.
"I can not wait to be in Los Angeles," said La Opinion enthusiastic voice from Sicily, Italy, Ignazio Boschetto. "Personally, Los Angeles, is one of my favorite cities. I like to sing there, the audience's very warm."
According to Boschetto, in this musical evening, the trio will perform songs from his latest album and the greatest hits from his first album.
"We have a concert with lots of variety. We have solos, duets and trios, and show our feeling on the interpretation of each song," he describes enthusiastically the native of Sicily.
Among the songs that will sing alone are Memories, in the voice of Boschetto; Love History, implemented by Barone and Maria by Ginoble.
"Also will sing new songs, of which I will not say their names because they are a surprise, but I can assure you that there are three classic songs, three songs beautiful" stresses Boschetto firm voice.
No doubt that the songs that the trio be construed Gibson interesting, simply because when the timbres of these vocalists (Giazano and Piero, Gianluca tenor, baritone) join in the tune of a song it reaches the ears of their hear a nice tune, loving, angelic.
"I find it difficult to identify the magic that comes out of our song," says Boschetto. "But I think it is in the fact that we are three young singing this kind of music [pop lyric] in a fresh, natural ... I really uniting our voices turned into a wonderful thing."
That wonder is that the trio has been invited to show his singing awards ceremonies recognized musical talent as well as touring and recording television concert special programs, such as the Public Service Disclosure (PBS) is scheduled for next issue Thanksgiving Day, with Barbra Streisand.
"The experience of recording the concert with Barbra [Streisand] was magical," says Boschetto. "We opened the concert. Sang two songs alone and two with her, Smile and Make My Garden Grow, in which her husband plays the trumpet", reveals the young singer.
After the fabulous experience and have shared stage and studio with great musical figures of music, Boschetto admits that the trio would like to record an album with Bono, the Irish rock band U2.
Il Volo sings his songs in English, Italian and Spanish. In fact, the two albums that have occurred to date and have their version in Spanish.
