Italian Pop-Opera Group Il Volo Swings Into Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark for a Backstage Visit

Fantastico! Il Volo, the Italian operatic pop trio of Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble, enjoyed a holiday weekend visit to Broadway's Foxwoods Theatre on May 26 to see Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark. The golden-voiced guys of Il Volo are bona fide musical fans, and are prepping to debut a special edition of their sophomore album, We Are Love, on May 28, featuring "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" from The Lion King and West Side Story‘s "Maria." After enjoying the high-flying hit, Il Volo stepped backstage to greet Broadway stars Reeve Carney and Rebecca Faulkenberry.
