There are not over 20 years old, have just over 4 year career and have already shared with the likes of Placido Domingo, Barbra Streisand and fellow Eros Ramazotti . The Italian lyric pop trio " Il Volo " first comes on stage with a concert in Chile CasaPiedra on 29 October.
In conversation with Cooperativa, Piero Barone admitted that they are excited to come back, after a brief promotional visit in April last . " I loved Chile and can not wait to return to sing the songs of our new album ," he said .
"Doing more fresh classic songs and make very pop songs , most classic " is one of the objectives of " Il Volo " with his proposal, as Barone said . So young people roam arias , Italian songs and even some pop and rock into their repertoire .
Alongside Ginoble Ignazio and Gianluca Boschetto , Piero Barone gave life to this project in 2009 and to date have released albums in Italian, Spanish and English , and have performed on stages in Europe , USA and Latin America.
And although at the beginning they knew that music was more lyrical consumed by the larger public , the Italian said that this was just another of his goals , " bring this music to young people." Barone said that "now our audience is 50 percent of youth and 50 percent of adults and our aim , besides bringing music to young people is to make them fall in love with her."
If targets are treated , " Il Volo " by now seems to be clear. " One of our dreams is to sing in Vina del Mar and the other is to win a Grammy and a Latin Grammy " revealed emphatic Piero Barone . But he said that these days are focused on their tour and become known in more places worldwide .
" Our show is simple, because we are three single guys , so we 'll have fun ," forward Barone over the show that will make local debut on stage next October 29 in CasaPiedra .
" Mas Que Amor "
In its local premiere , " Il Volo " is to present his album " Mas Que Amor " and show what the particular label , they say, unlike other artists . "Ours is operatic pop , the same sort of Andrea Bocelli , but in" Il Volo " we have three different voices when we sing together, there is magic . Different but are three voices singing harmonies together and that is the sound of " Il Volo " said the singer .
This proposal is one that shaped in " Mas Que Amor " , an album that has versions for songs like " I do not want to miss a thing " by Aerosmith or " Beatiful Day" by U2 . The board also includes collaborations with Plácido Domingo and Eros Ramazzotti and was produced by Humberto Gatica and Tony Renis .
"Recording with Placido Domingo was a pleasure because I have grown up listening to Placido Domingo and was always my idol. And you can imagine what it's record with your idol , you're just living a dream ," confessed Barone, who added that Ramazzotti and were friends so the experience of recording in their studies had been " very funny " .
"Making all duets with artists is like a school , you only have to learn from them . We recorded the duets with Placido Domingo, Eros Ramazzotti and also did a tour with Barbra Streisand and she was a teacher for us," he said.
The future plans of " Il Volo " , and continuing with the dates of his Latin American tour , contemplate launching a Christmas album , plus a DVD. And according to Piero Barone perhaps risk the composition : " Who knows if I ever put one of our songs on an album of 'Il Volo ' " .
" Il Volo " is presented on 29 October at CasaPiedra and tickets for the show are available through PuntoTicket system with values ranging from 30 000 to 120 000 pesos, plus service charges.
