“If you want to conquer a girl, give her our CD”
IL: A lot of success in a few years, what is the next goal to conquer?
Il Volo: We don’t have only one. We hope to work more in Italy, the country where our heart lies. In this way our parents and grandparents will avoid to cross 6000km in order to be with us.
IL: You are known as the three young tenors, in your CD is there only classic music?
Il Volo: Absolutely not, it also has pop music, we are young!
IL: Since we’re on the subject… are you in love?
Il Volo: Not now, but you never know what could happen, love finds you, you don’t look for it. At this moment we have fun, but one thing is true: we are hopelessly romantic!
IL: Who should listen to your music?
Il Volo: Everybody, of course… but we give you a hint! We advise boys to buy our CD and give it to the girl they want to conquer. It is so romantic that we assure success!
IL: The admirers, however, you have them in a large number…
Il Volo: We have a lot of fans, it is true! After each concert we collect the gifts that they throw to us, with phone numbers on them. We keep it all.
IL: The more exciting love act of a fan?
Il Volo: Our heart beats when we know that a fan has travelled 8 or 10 hours to come to our concert. Someone that has spent the savings of years.
The boys swear they haven’t changed and, in fact, when they return to their villages they hang out with their usual friends.
“We want to perform more in Italy”
IL: Beyond the fans… Another particular aspect of being famous?
Il Volo: Of course to duet with stars like Barbra Streisand and Placido Domingo.. or performing in front of important personalities. And then the aspects more …… as discovering that all the waiters of one restaurant in Miami wear red glasses because…[], -adds Ignazio. It is huge!
IL: You are always travelling, touring around the world, is it worthy?
Il Volo: It is not easy, there are mornings that you wake up and you wonder where you are! But we don’t complain, they always spoil us, they come to pick us up in a limo, we fly First class, we sleep in amazing suites and we are invited to parties of celebrities. It is tiring, but it is also funny.

IL: What can not miss in your luggage?
Il Volo: The playstation! We play a game and then we go to bed!
IL: Do you have new projects?
Il Volo: Many! …But we can’t say more about it.
IL: What advice can you give to young people who wish to enter into the entertainment world?
Il Volo: They should never give up, they should always follow their dream, even if it requires sacrifices.

These three boys are so down to earth. So happy that the Italian people are now recognizing the talent produced by their country. THEY ARE INTERNATIONAL STARS.They are loved and admired by people of all ages and from all walks of life. They will be bigger stars as the years go by. They are handsome beyond words. Better looking in person. There is not a boy band who even comes close to these wonderful entertainers when it comes to TALENT. THEY ARE ONE IN A MILLION. We wait with great anticipation for what they have in store for the WORLD this year. Most talented young people in such a long time. It was sheer pleasure meeting them. Their music really have healing powers. Thank you IL VOLO for existing in my lifetime.
